Payment: Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. The project will only start once the payment has been confirmed.

Scope of Work: Creation of full-color illustrations according to the client’s specifications, including sketches for approval and up to two rounds of revisions.

Timelines and Deliveries: Estimated completion time depends on the complexity and requested revisions. Initial sketches are delivered on business days, with intermediate updates for review.

Collaboration and Communication: Communication will take place via email or an agreed platform. The client is expected to provide feedback in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Revisions and Changes: Includes up to two revision rounds during the process. Additional revisions or major changes will incur extra costs.

Intellectual Property: The client gains exclusive rights to the final artwork upon full payment. Illustrations are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon for commercial purposes.

Cancellation: Once payment has been made and work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Final Delivery: Final files will be sent once the artwork is approved and the full payment is confirmed. Any post-delivery edits or adjustments will have an additional fee.

Agreement: By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to all terms and conditions above to ensure a clear and successful collaboration.
